Preparation for trip

  • Trip leader to complete - Before leaving for the trip, please collect the following and complete this section to confirm all items needed are taken along on trips.

  • 1st aid kit

  • Ipad(s)

  • Any medication needed for children while on the trip

  • At least 2 modes of communication - 1x site phone and another phone or communication device

  • If not available offline on the iPads, emergency contact and health information for children

  • Sunblock

  • Food and water for children (this could be supplied by us, or the children's bags)

Transporting children
