Scrubber Canister

  • Filling of Canister done correctly?

  • Check - Canister internal O-Rings (Black and Red at bottom and black at top)

  • Check O-Ring in Canister lid

  • Close Canister - check markings - install snap ring

  • Conduct Positive and Negative Pressure Test on Canister

Counter Lungs

  • Fit Exhale Counter Lung (Ensure it is dry before fittiing)

  • Fit Inhale Counter Lung (Ensure it is dry before fitting)

  • Fit counter lung to canister

Loop

  • Visual Inspection of Mouthpiece and open/close mechanism

  • Check Mushroom Valve

  • Conduct Positive and Negative Loop Pressure Test

  • Conduct Loop Flow Gas Test

  • Loop Counter Lung connections

Electronics

  • Cell Housing / Inhale Counter Lung Connection

Positive and Negative Pressure Check

  • Conduct 2 minute Positive Pressure Check

Calibration
