  • 8.3 - Electrical equipment "tagged" with correct date

9.0 - Electrical Safety

  • 9.1 - No broken plugs, sockets or switches or double adapters in use?

  • 9.2 - No frayed, strained or damaged leads?

10.0 - First Aid Facilities

  • 10.1 - Are cabinets and contents clean and orderly and clearly labelled?

  • 10.2 - No contents past their expiry date?

  • 10.3 - Employees aware of location of first aid cabinet and are they easy accessable?

  • 10.4 - Are first aid officers accessible and Emergency Numbers Displayed

11.0 - Office Hazards

  • 11.1 - Condition of chairs? (Five star bases.)

  • 11.2 - Desks in good condition? (No damage.)

  • 11.3 - Screen Based Equipment positioned to reduce glare from windows etc?

  • 11.4 - Photocopiers positioned to avoid fumes?

  • 11.5 - Tasks designed to prevent Occupational Overuse Syndrome? (Breaks included.)
