残高は経理の数字（両替金、小口仮払金の額）と合いますか？ Does balance agree with records maintained by Finance?

食在庫に入る為に鍵が必要ですか？ Does access to the storeroom require a key?

鍵のリストを店長さんが持っているかどうかを確認してください。 Confirm that a list of storeroom keys is kept by Unit Manager.<br>

棚卸は月に１回以上行っている。 Stock counts are performed timely (at least monthly).

棚卸の内容を確認・承認の上、棚卸管理表を保管している。 Stock counts are reviewed, approved and count sheets retained.

ワーキングスケジュール（シフト計画表）が店舗に貼られている。 Shift plan is published and displayed at the unit

店舗従業員の数が人事のデータと合致する （2名以上の従業員に確認する）。 Number of unit employees agrees with Payroll (perform spot check of at least 2 employees).

勤怠表は本人、責任者がお互いに確認し押印している。 Employee time sheets are signed by each employee and immediate supervisor.

固定資産（回転釜・冷蔵庫・製氷機等）が良好な状態で使われているかを確認してください。 Confirm that fixed assets (especially kitchen equipment) seem to be in good working condition.<br>

「スピークアップ」と「コンパスグループ　私たちが守るべき5つのルール」を店舗内に掲示している。 Speak-up and 5 Golden Rules are displayed at the unit.

従業員の教育研修記録を保管している。 Employee training records are maintained.

欠員、過重労働、法定休日未取得の従業員はいない。 No staff shortage or evidence of overwork.
