Voluntary Additional Hours Request Form

  • The objective of the Voluntary Additional Hours (clause 4.1.5 of World-Trail EBA) is to enable employees of World-Trail to work hours in excess of 152 per month. The following conditions apply to Voluntary Additional Hours.

    a) All Voluntary Additional Hours will be paid at the appropriate casual rate.

    b) An Employee cannot be rostered to work or required to work Voluntary Additional Hours against their wishes.

    c) Voluntary Additional Hours must be approved prior to the Employee undertaking Voluntary Additional Hours.

    f) To be eligible to work Voluntary Additional Hours Employees must complete and sign a Request to Work Voluntary Additional Hours form. If the Employee is under the age of 18 years this form needs to be counter-signed by their parent or guardian.

    g) An Employee may withdraw their request to work Voluntary Additional Hours by providing five (5) days written notice.

    h) The Employer will ensure that working Voluntary Additional Hours complies with Workplace Health and Safety obligations.

Agreement

  • By signing this form the Employee wishes to enter into a Voluntary Additional Hours Agreement with World-Trail. The Employee gives permission for the Employer to roster him/her for additional hours as per business requirements, subject to his/her availability.
