• Subframe installed, all fixings and ends of sub sill completely sealed and waterproof

• Set out as per latest updated plans and shop drawings

• Cover plates are installed damage free internal and external

• Subframe completely sealed around perimeter on the inside

• Ensure doors/windows are operating and locking correctly

• Windows lifted into subframe and fixed in position, jamb closer installed

• Complete caulking on the external of all windows

• Remove trade waste from unit and lock doors

• All items above have been completed
