  • Toolbox talk - was the toolbox engaging and did it contain all relevant information. Were all available tools used?

  • MMS (mark me safely) Was the route and hazard marking completed correctly?

  • Is the gang adhering to SMS - (safely move with signal)

  • Hatch Control - is the Hatch Team Leader maintaining control and ensuring that the hatch gang is complying with procedures?

  • Is the gang adhering to the principals of MP3? (Support within the team) 1. Scenario in the yard & hold. 2. Support within the team. 3. Safety Procedure.

  • PPE - are all team members wearing proper PPE. Clean overalls, watch and ring covers and no exposed zips, buckles or any other piece of clothing that could scratch a car.

  • Is all traffic adhering to site speed limits?

  • Hazards identified and actions taken.

  • Documentation and appropriate checklists completed where appropriate. List sighted documents
