External areas

  • Walls and external finishes are to be free of gum, marks, spills, stains, built up moss, dirt & grime

  • All external areas are free of litter no bins no more than 3/4 full

  • Balustrades, bins, furniture and garden beds are to be free of rubbish, marks, spills, stains, built up moss, dirt & grime

  • All surfaces are to be free of graffiti

  • External paving and concreting is to be free of gum, marks, spills, stains, built up moss, dirt & grime

  • All grazing <2 metres should be clean and free of marks, smears, streaks & cobwebs

  • All illuminated signage to be clean and presentable and free of marks, spills, stains, built up moss, dirt, grime, and maintained in accordance with the periodical schedule

Car parks

  • Car park sweeper is in good working order and fit for purpose as agreed by the cleaning contractor and PGOC representative
