Have containers been counted?

Are weekly inspections current?

Are all past inspection corrective actions completed?

Are HW's properly segregated?

Are all containers properly closed and tightened?

Are all containers free of rust or deteriorated?

Are all containers free of bulges and dents?

Is the drum receiving and storage area free of leaks, stains, and spills?

Are containers properly labeled?

Is all required information listed on HW labels?

Are all HW drums stored in rows with at least 30" aisle space?

Are all HW drums less than 90 days from accumulation start date?

Are ignitable wastes separated from sources of ignition or reaction?

Do containers holding ignitable or reactive liquid have 6" freeboard?

Is a less than 90 day accumulation point sign posted?

Are "NO SMOKING" signs posted?

Are all warning signs posted and in good condition?

Are fire extinguisher, eye wash station, and portable shower available, inspected regularly, and in good operating condition?

Are roll-offs labeled and in good condition?

Are storage lockers marked and in good condition?
