Refrigerator temperatures are monitored weekly to a target of 5°C (± 3°C). Should any of the temperatures be out of specification adjust the temperature dial inside of the unit and re-check once the temperature stabilises. Meanwhile, move the products inside the fridge to a unit within temperature tolerance and report the issue to the quality department. When the temperature has stabilised move the products back into the fridge.
