  • HPU - Check for leaks, dirt ,debri,corrison,clean off any dirt from all components

  • Hydraulic pressure - Check for proper operational pressure no less 700- no more then 1500 psi

  • Indicate pressure

  • Solenoid Valves - Inspect manual override knobs for operation,corrosion or binding-replace if needed

  • Connections - Check for loose wires,manipulate to make sure all are secure

  • Fluid - Inspect fluid color,odor and fluid level in lowered position- replace fluid if needed

  • Why was fluid changed if not scheduled/what location

  • Date of scheduled oil change - Check for leaks,loose connections-,dry rot and wear replace if needed

  • Hoses - Check for leaks,loose connections-,dry rot and wear replace if needed

  • Cylinders - Check for leaks ,loose fittings and corrosion

  • Accumulator - Check to make sure accumulator is secured,clean,fittings are secure,corrison

  • Snow Melt - During Inclement weather(winter) make sure snow melts are funtional/Turn off during warm months

  • Bollard Up Position - Check for fully secure position

  • Bollard Down Position - Check for fully unsecure position
