This audit will identify safety concerns in various areas around the xxxx Castlemaine site. If any of this audit requires updating (After an audit, safety gamba ,risk assessment ) then please record in the comments box and discuss in the team meeting.
Actions should also be addressed in the Brewing DOR or team meeting.
Items which require immediate action should be logged in SEQIS -
