F.O.H Section

Entrance & Cashier Desk

  • Check Closing Report and C.T.O (Include start money $300)

  • Check for charging toast tablet, wireless phone / Turn off all of sign board, television and audio system (Picture attach)

  • Make sure the door is closed (front door, back door, side door)

  • Note any problem or maintenance issue

Dinning Room

  • Turn off all of the lights and A.C

  • Turn on alarm

  • Note any problem or maintenance issue

Server&Busser station

  • Turn off all of the lights (Inc beverage refrigerator)

  • Turn off hot sake machine, miso soup warmer and hot water machine

  • Note any problem or maintenance issue

B.O.H Section

Prep Area

  • Check all the faucets in the sink (leaking water or not)

  • Turn off all of the lights

  • Make sure the refrigerator, freezer door is closed properly.

  • Note any problem or maintenance issue

Dishwasher Area
