Initial Checks

  • Have you received information from Project Control regarding Printing Set-ups?

  • Test Printing Routes.

  • Are all printing routes correct?

  • Email David Kirby (Young's I.T Manager) david.kirby@youngs.co.uk. With changes required for printing.

  • Email Joe Tabberer/John Carter/ Dan Nickless AP locations on site. i.e AP 1 bar right.

  • Has the GM set up PIN numbers on Torex?

  • If not set up, you will be unable to log into the tablet. This can be done via Torex in staff maintenance by updating the team member and allowing them to be a point of sale user. 4 digit PIN required and confirming. This needs to be done before start of session.

  • Enter RDP on each tablet. Take photos of each HHT with the IP address to confirm it is correct for each site. If you don't know this information ring Project Control/Joe Tabberer/ Dan Nickless/ John Carter

  • Check Roaming of HHT's. Connecting to each AP.

  • Is Money Belt Server switched on?

  • Please check EPOS Spec from David Kirby which you would of received from Project Control. This will state if MBS is turned on or off.
    Some sites do use HHT's as ordering points. If not in site spec please ask GM what his service vision is.
    Email David Kirby if this needs to be turned on.

  • Support site with training and Go live. If your unable to answer site specific questions. Feel free to call Joe Tabberer/ Dan Nickless
