  • Assured process explained. (Induction Video watched, and understood).

  • Overall aims and Objectives:- The delivery of Zip HydroCare essential training to enable the candidate to service, maintain and complete minor repairs on Zip water products in the field. Completion of this program will result in City and Guilds assured certificate.

  • Essential Structure:- Training will take place in one of Zip training rooms with a trainer. Also with on site training with Zip trainer or HydroCare team member. -HydroCare Essential training is approx. 5 Working days Various hours. Brief walkthrough of the following 5 days product training itinerary. -HydroCare Essential on the road training is approx. 15 Days, Various Hours. Brief walkthrough of the following 15 days training itinerary. -HydroCare Essential Assessment Structure:- Essential Assessment will take place in one of Zip training rooms with a Zip Trainer and is approx. 3 working days, various hours. Brief walkthrough of the assessment process.

  • Health and safety and welfare:- All training will remain safe at all times. At any time if any process is seen as unsafe or candidate feels the process is unsafe all work is to stop and trainer notified immediately. STOP>THINK>ACT.

  • Complaints, Grievances and appeals:- If candidate feels they have reason to complain or believe the assessment process to be misleading, then there is full grievance procedure for complaint/appeal available on company Intranet or by contacting Training Manager/HydroCare manager in the first instance.

  • Candidates DATA including Assessment forms and essential training delivered including names, dates, emails and phone numbers will be saved and stored on Candidates compliance folder in salesforce and supplied to City and Guilds for certificate generation.

  • Define if candidate needs any specific changes in the process to accommodate them. EG:- Difficulty reading or dexterity challenges. To be documented if selecting YES.

  • Document the issue and notify Training manager.

  • Additional policies and procedures can be found on the company intranet such as H&S policy, Malpractice, etc.

  • Throughout the training program, at the end of each day, the candidate will have the opportunity for feedback about the training.

  • Candidate Signature.

  • Trainers Signature.
