01. FLOORS, AISLES AND WALKWAYS

Are the floors clean?
Have all oil and grease spills been removed?
Are walking surfaces free from defects?
Are safe walkways clearly outlined and marked with yellow lines?
Are the aisles and walkways free from obstructions?
Are there any broken treads on the stairs?
Are the handrails in good repair?

02. WORK BENCHES AND DESKS

Are the areas clear of rubbish, tidy and uncluttered?
Are tools returned to storage when not in use?
Are damaged or broken tools or equipment reported and removed from service?
Is all equipment working and suitable for tasks?
