1. Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 section 2.2

  • 1.1 Do all workers who may be away from base or away from contact with other workers for 45 minutes or more have means of summoning assistance

  • 1.2 Do workers have a fixed office of workplace (building) if not they must be provided with protection from the elements (regulation 25)
