• *Instructions for visiting un manned platform / jacket for pre move checks
  1 Discuss with WHM the task involved and who is going to the designated jacket
  2 No physical work is to be undertaken on the jacket - the purpose of the visit is for survey only.
  4 Inform PS1 control and get permission for visit
  5 If cameras are being used, WHM to supply ISSoW PTW for camera use
  6 WHM to carry out a gas test at the jacket before anyone else is allowed onboard
  7 Life Jackets to be worn at all times until on the main deck of the platform
  8 One 15 minute escape set to be taken for each member of the team
  9 FRC to carry two spare SCBA's & First Aid Kit
  10 All members of the team to wear toxic clips
  11 The FAC to stay on location during the visit until TEMPSC confirmed as servicable or
  12 The FAC to stay on location during the visit if no TEMPSC available or unserviceable.
