STAGE DOOR DAILY SHIFT

FIRST 1/2 HOUR START

  • If you don't already have your personal fob, assign yourself a fob for your shift. Sign in date and time.

  • Grab a Radio and connect to BOH (Back of House).

  • Make sure you have a copy of the Run Sheet for the day.

  • Make sure the names are Uploaded into Rapid, ready for check in.

  • Turn the lights on in the Venue-controls under the clock at Dtage Door.

  • Check in with others and get familiar with the job for the shift and what is required.

  • Check e-mails in Outlook

  • Unlock any doors on

  • Prepare any Dressing Rooms and ensure they have clean towels and other items required for the event.

  • Make sure Blinds are up in each Dressing Room.

  • Check that the Cleaners have cleaned all required on the 'Cleaning Check-Off List'.

SECOND 1/2 OF OPENING / CHECKING PEOPLE IN

  • Put the Washing Machine ON if towels need washing and dry throughout the day.

  • Put the Dishwasher ON, or empty if clean.

  • Once people arrive on-site, UNLOCK EXTERNAL STAGE DOOR & INTERNAL doors from

  • Sign people into Rapid. If not on the list, ask them to sign in as VISITOR with our QR code.

  • Only hand out KEYS/FOBS & RADIOS to APPROVED CREW/PRODUCTION and fill out the KEY register form. Advise of doors that are unlocked if a fob NOT APPROVED.

  • Check throughout your shift that the toilets are clean and have plenty of toilet rolls.

  • Make sure that ISOLATION times are noted and you know who to radio.

  • CLOSE PARKING GATES during show to prevent audience members from coming in.

FIRE PANEL CABINET

  • During events that use atmospheric effects the FIRE PANEL will be ISOLATED by Duty Tech for a 3 1/2 hour period. Please set an alarm on your phone to cover this period. Radio Tech when the alarm goes off.

  • Make sure that isolation times are noted and you know who to radio to RE-SET the isolation.

  • Where are the toilets located? Answer: Ground floor near Stage Door and directly above on LEVEL 1.

  • WIFI. Do you have WIFI we can connect to? DO NOT GIVE OUT WIFI TO SCHOOL GROUPS. Answer: YES.

  • How do I get to the CRYSTAL BRIDGE? For audience who have come through wrong entrance: Park in the MAIN VENUE and enter through

  • AIR CONDITIONER: Can it be adjusted. (Up/Down). Answer: Call Duty Tech. This is not instant and may take 24 hrs to action. It is adjusted from
