STAGE DOOR DAILY SHIFT

END OF SHIFT PROCEDURE 1

  • Ensure all KEYS/FOBS, RADIOS issued are returned and signed back IN.

  • Once EVERYONE is OFF-SITE, make sure to sign everyone out who hasn't signed out on RAPID ACCESS.

  • LOCK the RECEPTION DOOR to start your Closing Procedure

PROCEDURE 2

  • Gather any dirty cups/plates in GREEN ROOM and place in dishwasher.

DRESSING ROOMS

  • Start your Inspection with the Safety Culture App to note any damage or anything that needs attention.

  • Make sure nothing is left plugged in that might cause a fire.

  • Turn Show Relay to the 9 Arrow.

  • Remove all dirty cups/plates and place in GREEN ROOM DISHWASHER.

  • Remove all towels even if they don't look used (place in washing basket to be washed tomorrow).

  • Turn off Dressing Table and Room lights.

WARDROBE ROOM

  • Place all towels in Washing Basket or Washing Machine.

  • Double check LINT FILTER in the DRIERS that they are clear of lint!

FINAL PROCEDURE

  • LOCK ALL DRESSING ROOMS,WARDROBE, GREEN ROOM, LEVEL ONE ROOMS INCLUDING REHEARSAL ROOM.

  • Fill out the CLEANING CHECK-OFF LIST and leave it with the Cleaners' Clip Board, so they know what's required. The Cleaners SIGN-IN and OUT sheet is attached to the clip board, which they must fill out every shift and check IN/OUT with our QR Code.

  • Return your own KEY/FOB and or RADIO and sign them IN.

  • Type handover notes on desktop/write on paper.

  • Ensure all doors are CLOSED and ready for the lock up of the building.

  • Finally SEND OFF SAFETY CULTURE END OF SHIFT REPORT.

  • Turn OFF Venue lights.

WEEKLY

  • Stage Door has a FOB/KEY INVENTORY Spreadsheet which can be printed off weekly or at request to ensure we have no KEYS/FOBS missing. Please report if any are.

  • Refill Towel Cupboard

  • Check Stationary Supplies.

  • Lift all blinds in Dressing Rooms (If a resident show is not in).

  • Inventory Checks of Dressing Rooms.
