Information

  • The Accelerated leadership program is developed for rising leaders. They are chosen by either Matt Webber, Matt Naylor or John Naylor and it includes a fast paced program where the Candidate is counted as productive once initial training is done. This is so that the candidate feels what each spot is really like. A "Trial by fire" but that doesn't mean we let them drown. Push them to be better in everything they do, but support them by giving them tips and ways to BE better.
