Patios are in good condition, clean, and seating is in good condition.

All lighting (street lights, building interiors/exteriors, and rides) is in good condition and all fixtures are working. Lighting is turned on at appropriate time.

Restrooms are in working order.

Mechanic shop and warehouse are clean. Equipment is in good condition.

All restricted areas are secured when not in use and appropriate signage is displayed.

Lockout/tagout program is in place and being followed by all maintenance and facility crewmembers. Any machine being serviced is locked out according to company policy and OSHA standards.
