The above Additional Work Order shall be performed under the same conditions as specified in the existing contract. Your signature, or that of an authorized signing agent, signifies your agreement and approval of the Additional Work Order. The signature also signifies that the signing person has the authority to sign for and on behalf of the customer/owner or general contractor. If the signing person does not in fact have authority, the signing person hereby personally guarantees payment of the Additional Work Order. -
