Is there dust accumulated on assets like fans, ACs, lights, boards, tables, stations, trollies?

Floors (e.g., tiles, boards and carpets) are in good condition

Rough patches or epoxy flooring damaged in respective area causing slip/trip hazards

Janitorial Staff attendance is maintained and record is available

Are all the cleaning equipment available at site?

Are daily/ Weekly/ Monthly cleaning logs maintained and duely signed by Admin?

All services areas such as kitchens, restrooms, trash collection areas must be physically separated from inventory

Kitchen staff is following all hygiene protocols and kitchen area is clean. No pest intrusion is observed inside kitchen

Is there a canopy (shelter) outside main docks of warehouse ( for WHs and LM )

The wall paint condition is good inside the facility at CUSTOMER area

The wall paint condition is good outside the facility (includes sign board condition)

The wall paint condition is good inside the facility at SELLER and operations area

Building walls and ceilings are in good condition (No cracks,wear & Tear are observed)

Is there any roof leakages observed inside the facility

with adequate safety barriers?

Are Electrical DB, fans and other electrical equipment protected?

Are there any faulty electrical fixtures? (This includes workstation lights)

Is building wiring in good condition? (Naked wires etc.)

Do all switches, Plugs operate properly?

Are all lights & Fans are working in good condition?

Are LEDs functioning?

Is Qmatic in working condition?

Emergency Lights available and are fully functional at all times along with labeled for easy identification

Are the Air conditioners in working condition

Genset/ Generator and UPS are well functioning

Are drinking water dispensers working properly with water supply available and glass available in satisfactory condition

Are the ventilation fans installed and in working condition?

Are the drainage and gutters in the warehouse area in proper working condition?

Is the toilet drainage and flush working properly?

Are washrooms are cleaned and in good condition? (evaluate availability, flooring etc.)

Do all toilets have a proper door and door locks in good condition?

Yes paint as well along with cleanliness, soap availability, water?

Are the empty cartons timely removed from inventory area?

All exposed surfaces of mobile ladder and trollies are free from sharp edges, burns, or rust and corrosion

Is hand sanitizer available at entrance of the facility?

Walkthrough gate is available at entry and exit of facility. or FMs and LM atleast hand held metal detectors are available

"All racks and shelves ( as per ploicy ) are in good condition. No broken/damage bolts and fixtures observed

Maintenance log is being maintained for all maintenance work done at facility. ( trollies , genset , Fans , Hand jacks )

Are all tables/stations in good condition or not? (evaluate paint as well)

Are all the office equipment like Chairs, table, stations , cabinets in good condition or not Chairs are enough for managers and nobroken chairs are observed at office areas

Are there ample fans in the warehouse to cater to the need of employees?

Is there a proper and clean ablution area for the employees?

Are enough lockers are available & employee lockers in working condition?

Pallet Jacks are in good condition , There are no sharp edges. All ball bolts and fasteners are in good condition and no signs Yes of leakage

Wheels and paints are in good condition

Wheels are in good condition and atleast two of the four wheels are equipped with a swivel lock to prevent movement

At least two of the four wheels are equipped with a swivel lock to prevent movement for both trolley and ladders

Mobile ladder steps & upper platform are equipped with guardrails and steps uniformly spaced

Is the warehouse pigeon/bird free?

Is any cat, dog, snake etc. observed inside the facility

Are all the egress points closed?

Are monthly performance reports received from the vendor for the cases reported and other details?

Pallets are in good condition, standardized and fumigated. No pallet observed broken

No Split edges, nails or other sharp objects are observed at pallets

There is no contamination of water, oil or other products observed where the pallet is stored

Pallets must be regularly inspected and cleaned to avoid potential infestation, crossinfestation and contamination

Waste bins are in adequate condition(not damaged) and good for use

Temperature requirements are maintained. Temeprature is regularly monitor and record is available
