  • Pallet Jacks are in good condition , There are no sharp edges. All ball bolts and fasteners are in good condition and no signs Yes of leakage

  • Wheels and paints are in good condition

  • Wheels are in good condition and atleast two of the four wheels are equipped with a swivel lock to prevent movement

  • At least two of the four wheels are equipped with a swivel lock to prevent movement for both trolley and ladders

  • Mobile ladder steps & upper platform are equipped with guardrails and steps uniformly spaced

  • Is the warehouse pigeon/bird free?
