Hot works Check

  • Have all areas of hot works been checked a minimum of one hour after the hot works have been carried out

Technical inspection

  • Is the boiler installed in line with manufacturers instructions?

  • Is the flue adequately supported in its entirety?

  • Has Part L compliance been acheived?

  • Is all pipe work sleeved and made good through walls?

  • Is all electrical work carried out to IEE 17th edition regulations?

  • Is the condensate terminal acceptable and the pipe the correct size?

  • Is the ventilation provision adequate?

  • Is the pipe work clipped and joints clean of flux?

  • Are the room stat and timer fitted in an acceptable position?

  • Have all relevant boiler labels and fuses been checked?

  • Has all building work and finishes been made good and to an acceptable standard?

Paperwork

  • Has a copy of 2 minute risk assessment been completed?

  • Have you completed a flue gas analyser printout

  • Have the Gas CP1 benchmark and ERP forms been filled in and a copy left on-site?

  • Have all relevent labels been attached and is meter up to standard?

Data Caputure

  • Please input boiler serial number

  • If the installation is a fuel switch please provide gas meter readings

Customer satisfaction

  • Was the appointment time kept?

  • Did you present and ID card?

  • Was the customer advised of potential hazards in line with the HSE during 2 minute risk assessment?

  • Did you protect the property with dust sheets and have safety signs in use?

  • Did you explaiin the boiler/timer operations?

  • Did you leave the operating and installation manufacturers instructions?

  • Did you clean up fully on completion?

  • Has all the rubbish been removed?
