Prep Work: Trained, uniformed and background checked employees will perform the following using the PDCA Standards prep level 2.
Pressure wash. Mask. Sand to remove loose and peeling paint, Caulk joints. Fill holes and detailed patching (up to 1/8 surface profile difference). Apply primer to repaired or glossy surfaces. -

All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to PDCA standards & practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will be an extra charge over and above the above estimate.

6-Year Labor Warranty against chipping, peeling, cracks, sun or water damage. Includes: A lifetime paint material replacement warranty from the manufacturer + a mid-term inspection and touch ups from the ALLBRIGHT Painting Happiness Team!.

Acceptance of proposal, the above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted
You, the Buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day (in the case of disaster repairs, seventh business day) after the date of this transaction. You, the homeowner (buyer) or tenant have the right to require the contractor to have a performance and payment bond, or funding control approved by the registrar of contractors. The cost of this bond may be paid by the owner.
