You, the Buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day (in the case of disaster repairs, seventh business day) after the date of this transaction. You, the homeowner (buyer) or tenant have the right to require the contractor to have a performance and payment bond, or funding control approved by the registrar of contractors. The cost of this bond may be paid by the owner.
