MAINTENANCE SPECIFICATION

  • Grass cutting is to take place during the course of nine months a year. This will consist of monthly visits that involve the cutting of grass to the left and right hand sides of the building and a small area to the rear of the building, sweep boundaries and clear away all cuttings.

  • Brambles are to kept clear of the salt bins and the car park.

  • Debris is to be removed from the car park to include the removal of leaves and litter picking on a monthly basis.

  • Tree surgery is to take place twice a year on approval from Rakon as required at an additional cost.

  • Spraying of herbicide to clear weeds on the car park and gravel areas to be done twice a year on approval from Rakon as required at an additional cost.

  • Moss control on grass areas to take place on approval from Rakon as required at an additional cost.
