  • 4. What is the reason for the visit? Imminent danger? Fatality? Complaint? Referral? Follow up? Planned or Programmed?

  • 6. If Safety Team is unavailable or inspector will not wait, escort OSHA directly to the area of concern without unnecessary jobsite exposure.

  • 7. Take a photo of everything OSHA takes a photo of.

  • 8. Do not provide any documentations to OSHA without safety team approval.

  • 9. Union workers have a right to have representation from their unions for any interviewing and need to request that nothing get recorded,

  • 10. Do not volunteer any information that wasn't directly asked for by OSHA. Feel free to answer questions with only facts, do not guess or elaborate.
