  • Instruction 1: Ensure media is added to each response (including photos of plans or other documents to show compliance of non-compliance if necessary).

Inspection - Prior to Pour

  • The works are being completed as per the most recent Construction Plans, Structural Plans and Hydraulics (if applicable)

  • All rebates are being completed as per plans

  • All step downs are being completed as per plan

  • There is a rebate between the rain water tank slab and house slab for pest control

  • Existing Boundary Fences have been protected for the pour where slab is within 1200mm of the existing boundary fence

  • Slab and/or footing steps work to brickwork (86mm), where brickwork is shown on plan

  • All internal drainage is in place (including any external drainage that is within the slab i.e., Drainage within piers)

  • Kitchen conduit(s) is in place

  • Termite Collars installed are installed

  • The hockey stick is installed for the metre box prior to pouring

  • The steel mesh is lapped correctly 200mm minimum

  • All steel work is completed as per the Structural Plans and any Site Instruction given by the inspecting Engineer have been followed

  • Is the Moisture barrier installed below the pods (in accordance with Salinity Requirements) by at least 200mm

  • The moisture barrier is taped and sealed around penetrations

  • Any punctures in the moisture barrier have been sealed with tape

  • The moisture barrier finish at ground level on the outside of the concrete slab

  • Formboard Check completed and instructions followed with all formboards within 10mm of external dimensions of the building as shown on plan

  • Formboards are within 10mm of external dimensions of the building as shown on plan

  • Photos of Engineer's Site Instructions completed have been sent to Engineer and to Site Manager via email

  • Are all debris and offcuts removed from the slab

  • Other Items and/or Rectifications

Inspection - After to Pour

  • The slab level is within tolerances - 4mm deviation over 2 metres, 10mm of 21 deviation in any room or 20mm over the length of the building

  • The garage finish is smooth

  • The drainage has been left free from damages and not been pulled over

  • The Alfresco and Porch areas have been broomed and edged

  • The slab has been cured

  • Have the waffle pods been removed or organised to be removed from site

  • Have neighbouring boundary fences been left free of damages and concrete splash

  • The site Sediment Control Fences & Silt Socks have been left in place. All site security fences are in place correctly and the site has been left locked up and secured

  • The site and the road has been left tidy, with all rubbish left in the Bin Bay at the front of the site
