Public Area - Lobby Enterance

  • Are the building entrances clean, parking lots and gravel areas free of weeds and trash?

PUBLIC AREA - Rest Room

  • Are all the doors / the floors,/ the walls clean and sanitized and high dusting completed?

  • Cubicles clean, in good repair with dust bin present and feminine sanitary product receptacle is available per stall ( lady Restroom)

  • Toilet, urinal clean and in good working order/ repair ? All the toilet seat rubber buffer are free from mold and in good condition and complete. The position of the toilet seat is ready to use ( down position) and the cover up (open position)

PUBLIC AREA - Swimming Pool (Outdoor)

  • The pool and its surroundings (Landscaped Areas/Grounds Upkeep) are spotlessly and clean

  • If pool is unattended, a sign is clearly posted noting that there is no lifeguard on duty and guests swim at their own risk.

  • All safety rules and regulations - including local special regulations and "No Diving" signage - are clearly posted around the pool and easily visible to Guests. The main language is in English and the secondary is in local national language , follow the brand standard specification

  • There is a container available for soiled towels. The container is emptied before it is full and towels are not allowed to remain on the floor.

  • The Pool water are clear and the PH are correct, no missing tiles and the groute inside the pool are clean ( free from mold )

  • The pool floor is clean, no grout is lost and the floor is in good condition, free from chipping and crack and free from mildew

PUBLIC AREA - Staff Lockers

ROOM ARRIVAL - Entrance

  • Are the Guest Room doors clean? Are they free of marks, dust and lint, perfectly clean - top, edges, handle or knob, hinges and door frame, door vent. and door stopper free from dust

  • Doors are perfectly well maintained - free of scratches and damage. Guestroom doors have no visible chips, cracks or stains.Does the door open easily? and do all the light switches work properly

ROOM ARRIVAL - Wardrobe

  • Were laundry basket and laundry bill are available accordance to Archipelago standard manual design, clean, free of dust or debris and in perfect condition ?

  • Were 2 set of slippers available accordance to Archipelago standard manual design, clean, free of dust or debris and in perfect condition ? Each room should have one pair for male ( size 44) and one pair for female ( size 39 ) and the sole color has to be black

  • Digital in-room safe - is available in good condition and work properly , spotlessly and clean ?

ROOM ARRIVAL - Bed Room

  • Guestroom ceiling, walls, wall vents and panels, wall bases, corners are spotless: free of dust, fingerprints, and smudges.

  • Guestroom floors/carpet /tiles are spotlessly clean, paint and other surfaces (including corners) are free of damage - holes, chips, tears, split seams or peeling.

  • Was the room at a comfortable temperature on arrival and free of odor?

  • Was the bed neatly and properly made, clean and with no visible creases, linens are in good condition (free of holes, tears, stains or any damage),

  • Was the duvet cover set up refer to standard set -Up (Do not tuck in duvet cover under the mattress) ?

  • All furniture and case goods - including luggage rack(s), bench(s) and desk(s) - are always clean (free of dust) and in perfect condition

  • Rooms are equipped with excellent quality blackout drapes and enhanced shades or blinds with side drapes covering all windows or other glass areas and drapery cords and springs are functioning properly. Draperies are hooked and hung properly and completely black out where closed

  • Was Guestroom is equipped with one clean and well-maintained waste bin ?

  • Was guestroom having at a minimum 1 telephone set, was telephone clean free odor and work properly and telephone complete with directory sticker accordance to standard manual, spotlessly clean and in excellent condition

  • Google Nest devices are clean and working properly, light is on and the knob is not in mute mode and microphone is on if any

  • The display on the Google Nest screen corresponds to the call the butler, times zone, weather, temperature, QR code and clear voice speaker as per template design - if any

ROOM ARRIVAL - Bathroom

  • Bathroom is spotlessly clean, free of mildew, dust, lint, stains, hair, insects, and bathroom floor surfaces were well maintained ?

  • Bathroom floors /tiles are spotlessly clean, free of damage - free holes, chips, tears, missing the grouting?

  • The mirror and frame are spotlessly clean, free of streaks, smudges, fingerprints, and dust.

  • Toilet and bowl, including rim, base, seat, cover, chrome fixtures and hinges are always free from stains, residue and have an excellent appearance ?

  • Tub/sink fixtures, shower head and stoppers are always spotlessly clean and polished. Sink and tub drains are always spotlessly clean and drain properly.

  • Tub/sink fixtures and stoppers are functioning properly, maintained in excellent condition (no drips, free of cracks, stains and chips).

  • Shower curtain/shower glass partition being spotless clean and free of watermark?

  • Vanity is clean and well maintained, free of scratches, stains and mildew, shelving and soap dish clean and dry and the surface are shine

HOUSEKEEPING OFFICE

  • Is the environment in the office are comfortable, fresh in appearance and well maintain clean and neat, the air quality and temperature are good?

  • There is at a minimum one emergency kit with first aid equipment, complying with safety regulations.

  • Lighting fixtures are firmly attached to the wall or ceiling and Lighting fixtures are clean (no dust or cobwebs) and lighting levels and sufficient

  • The QR code for Color code cleaning cloth, HK Golden rules , HK Manual ,Linen Change Procedure,, Mandatory Service , Microsite, Standard set Up trolleyb ,Standard set up room are available in Poster posted at the HK office

AMENITIES STORE

CHEMICALS STORE

EQUIPMENT

LAUNDRY PRODUCTION /SORTING AREA

  • Is the sorting area clean?

  • Is the sorting of linen defined according to specific categories (i.e. regular items and heavy soil in separate load)?

  • Do they follow the sorting function sequence (i.e. damaged, Stain heavy soil, misused place a side)?

  • Is there minimum 2 seperate bins /containers/ trolley hamper for dirty towels and linen and not placed on the floor when the soiled linen comes down from the floor pantry?

Laundry In house

  • Check the Laundry incoming water supply and ensure it meets the standards required, water PH to be 7 and no contaminants eg, rust or dirt

  • All safety devices on the washing machine are working correctly. Ensure no obstructions at the point of operation. Load capacity is followed at least 75% load and ensure correct chemicals are programmed or used in the wash process

  • All safety devices on the tumble dryer are working correctly. Ensure no obstructions at the point of operation and the load capacity of the dryer is followed, do not overload. The timer and time progtam are set as per standard

  • All safety devices on the Flat work ironer are working correctly. Ensure no obstructions at the point of operation and loading on to roller when the linen is ready and roller is fully loaded

  • Folding station free from any stain,damaged and torn

  • Separate items for spotting to be treated by type of stain, severity of stain, fabric type and use correct chemicals for each treatment

  • Pick-up, Loading, and Sorting the Linen. Different items require different types of washing and detergents. Quality linens are hand sorted and pre-cleaned. Heavily soiled linens are placed in an area where they cannot contaminate other articles.

  • The cleanliness in all areas are up to standard, clean floor and all the laundry ceilings free from dust, lint, and cobwebs

CLEAN LINEN ROOM

  • Is the linen room clean and shelving well arrange and organized by logically separating items size and name?

UNIFORM ROOM
