Kitchen visit notes

  • Check Logbook- Are all sections filled in correctly? Make sure you sign in as a visitor. Has the Production sheet been filled in consistently and correctly?

  • Check Compliance folder- Are all sections signed off and a review date set?

  • Any New starters? Have they completed the relevant training?

  • Labelling- Is everything labelled correctly (fridges, freezers, dry stores) with the relevant allergens ticked?

  • Check the Fridge and Freezer Storage is the correct flow in place i.e. RTE down to Raw

  • Any outstanding actions from the Audit?

  • Are the correct posters displayed and being adhered to?

  • Is all allergen information correct, up to date and displayed properly?

  • Any actions raised in previous visits?

  • Does the kitchen look clean and tidy?
