Trailer Steps

Lifting and Transportation

  • Was the Operative in full control of the lift at all times?

  • Is the Operative stood in a safe place?

  • As the Operative planned the lift?

  • Did the Operative move the lift in a safe manner?

  • Did the Operative have clear view of the lift at all times?

Post loading/ Unloading safety

  • Is the product loaded safely on the trailer?

  • If Unloading was the trailer bed left empty?

  • Was the crane left in a safe position?

  • Was the crane control box returned to its holding position?
