Non-Technical Assessment

  • Is the employee punctual in their arrival to the job site daily?

  • Does the employee typically work a full day (doesn't leave early) and leaves with the rest of the installation crew?

  • Does the employee provide advanced notice when he has to leave early or arrive late to the job site?

  • Does the employee follow the Immedia field dress code (khakis, Immedia polo, boots etc)?

  • Is the employees overall attitude one that inspires and motivates others through positive actions and words?

  • Is the technician dependable? Can you ask the technician to perform and task and know that it will be done correctly and in a timely manner?

  • Is the technician able to work with others to complete a task?

  • Does the technician take an initiative to stay busy? (clean up job site, ask other techs if they need help, etc.)

  • Does the employee consistently set a good example for those around them whether they be a superior or subordinate?

  • Is the employee a good representative of Immedia while on a job site?

Administrative Assessment

  • Is the employee able to receive written and verbal instructions and have the ability to complete tasks as they are assigned with minimal to no supervision?

  • Does the employee communicate with others on the team whether they be superiors or subordinates?

  • Does the employee keep a clean work area while on job sites (protection of client work surfaces, vacuuming when needed, catch sheet rock dust etc)?

  • Does the employee posses all of the necessary and required tools to complete a standard project?

  • Is the employee able to work from a set of system drawings on their own?

Technical Assessment

  • Is the employee able to understand what is needed and install structure with minimal or no instructions? (projection screens, projectors, pole mounted displays)

  • Does technician understand the proper way of pulling cable? (90 degree turns, cable support, taping, etc)

  • Is the employee capable of installing equipment, mounting equipment, cutting walls (wall work such as cut in rings, wall plates, touch panels, mounting display mounts, installing gear behind displays or under tables, etc)

  • Is the employee able to properly perform terminations on their own correctly and in a timely manner?

  • Has the employee had the opportunity to do any rack work?

  • If the employee has had the opportunity to do rack work is the final product of a high quality and completed following industry standards?

  • Does technician have sufficient knowledge on audio, control, network, video, etc?
