  • No dip cups, utensils, or other items with direct contact of food. Only foil, parchment, or liners may be in ready-to-eat food boxes.

  • Does the manager in charge know the recommended procedure for reporting confirmed/suspected COVID-19 cases? –

  • Can the manager in charge and delivery experts in the store demonstrate the recommended procedure for a contactless delivery? –

  • Can the manager in charge demonstrate the recommended procedure for contactless carryout? –

  • Does the store have the “COVID-19 Training Signoff” posted?

  • Any additional comments, coaching or follow-up opportunities for the Franchisee Business Consultant or MCO?
