1. PLANT AND EQUIPMENT

  • 1.1 Rotating amber beacons fitted and operational

6. SAFETY BELTS AND HARNESSES

  • 6.3 Persons required to work while wearing industrial fall protection have been trained and can produce evidence

  • 6.4 Persons required to work at height using industrial fall protection have been "tool boxed" on the Safe Work Method Statement for the tasks/activities
