145.A.65 Procedures - Compliance with the organisations Satellite working requirements: MOE.1.8, 1.9, 2.15, and DQL.32 refer

  • Is the line/satellite location named and approved through the current published version of the MOE (1.8) ? Seek to verify access to the organisations exposition at the satellite location.

  • MOE.2.15 - Has a BAMC CRS signatory been nominated to ensure adherence to applicable BAMC procedures?<br>-From the satellite location can maintenance and support personnel access applicable BAMC procedures? Production/Quality/Maintenance Data/Occurrence reporting

  • MOE.2.15 Has a B Licence (type authorised) engineer been nominated to ensure:<br><br>•Quality control to airworthiness standards (Check documentation of completed and in-work tasks)<br>•An up to date workable plan, relevant documentation cross reference material, and paperwork has been provided for the accomplishment of the work<br>•Will ensure that the necessary supply of approved materials is available to accomplish the task.<br>•Will maintain a problem log check diary, and report any shortfalls and/or lapses to the BAMC Compliance Manager, via the established reporting systems.<br>• Will be responsible for attending pre-input daily, and post input meeting, ensuring that any problems are dealt with in a timely manner<br>• Will ensure that the hangar tooling and jigging is suitable for the task, prior to undertaking any work.<br>• Will ensure the correct utilisation of the hangar and facilities, equipment, jigs etc.<br>• Will ensure that there is sufficient and suitably qualified manpower available to accomplish any repair or replacement.<br>• Will be responsible for the Health and Safety of BAMC Staff, and Customer’s aircraft in respect of the repair activities

  • In accordance with the organisations agreed satellite working procedures DQL.32, has a satellite working application [QL0097] been completed and submitted - (Check Quality department records). Review application for details of task and proposed methods to accomplish task at remote location.

  • DQL.32 - Has a 'satellite location product sample been completed? Review the completion of the on-site product sample and confirm responses meet documented requirements.

145.A.25 Facilities

  • 145.A.25(a) Have facilities been provided appropriate for all planned work? [AMC145.A.25] Where the hangar is not owned by the organisation, it may be necessary to establish proof of tenancy.<br>•Can proof of tenancy be evidenced?<br>•Describe the provided facilities in relation to the planned task; List all associated facilities and verify appropriate arrangements are in place to ensure requirements are met.<br>e.g. hangar, scaffolding, ground equipment, support equipment crane/zip-ups/Mewps

145.A.35 Certifying Staff

  • (a) In addition to the appropriate requirements of points 145.A.30(g) and (h), the organisation shall ensure that certifying staff and support staff have an adequate understanding of the relevant aircraft and/or components to be maintained together with the associated organisation procedures. In the case of certifying staff, this shall be accomplished before the issue or re-issue of the certification authorisation.<br>(a) In addition to the appropriate requirements of points 145.A.30(g) and (h), the organisation shall ensure that certifying staff and support staff have an adequate understanding of the relevant aircraft and/or components to be maintained together with the associated organisation procedures. 145.A.45 Maintenance Data
