Are fire extinguishers charged, tagged, and inspected

Are all aisles and walkways clear

Are breaker boxes secured

36" in front of all breaker boxes is free of obstruction

Fall protection systems in place at loading zones

Area free of tripping hazards (cords ,materials, debris, tools)

Pneumatic tools stored above head level

Power tools functional, guards and handles in place

Cords in good condition and grounded

All operators have been trained

Fire extinguisher present in welding area.

All operators have been properly trained

Face shields worn as well as all other required PPE (ear plugs, safety glasses, gloves, boots)

LOTO procedures are clearly posted and enforced

Pneumatic systems functional and in good condition

Materials are stacked safely, aisles and work area are clear of debris

Daily inspection log completed

All hoses in places and in good condition

Wheels/Tires in good condition

Propane tank secured and in good condition

Horn is functional

Seat belt is functional and worn by operators

Operator is looking in the direction of travel

Operator fully engages load

Loads are secured and softeners used

Nail gun operating properly and is in good condition

Trucks backed in tight to stairs

Stairs are in good condition and handrails are in place

Vehicle Inspections are up to date.

There is no visual damage to vehicles (broken lights, missing plates, bent/broken steps)

All fuel cans are secured in fuel truck.

There are no more than 4 gasoline cans in the fuel truck.

All cans are OSHA approved safety cans, and flame arrestors are in place.

Fire extinguisher present within fuel truck.

All materials are stacked properly

Racks are clear of debris and organized

Propane tanks stored in proper flammable case

All walking and working surfaces are free of clutter and debris
