CAZ

  • CAZ is established around affected area

  • CAZ consists of hard barriers (NO CAUTION TAPE)

  • Groundman is equipped with a radio for communication with swing crew

  • Daily suspended scaffold log book is completed

  • Swing specific PTP has been conducted, reviewed, and signed off by crew
