Dispense

  • ALL cocktail shakers washed - Regardless of being rinsed throughout the day!

  • Bar mats rinsed with hot water then put through the wash

  • Garnish tray containers + inserts washed

  • Jiggers washed

  • Syrup/Juice/Prebatch bottles wiped and into fridge

Wiping

  • BarTop and Bottom speedracks cleared of any mess/spillages

  • BarTop and Bottom speedracks wiped with hot and soapy then dry wiped

  • Spirit bottles covered with caps

  • Spirit bottles sprayed and wiped thoroughly

Coffee Station

  • Chemical run-through

  • Hot water run-through - Removes excess chemicals so nobody (Mat) is poisoned

  • All equipment washed

  • Coffee machine wiped

  • Coffee grinder wiped

  • Bench wiped with hot and soapy then dry wiped

  • Steam wands wiped and heads soaking overnight

  • Drip tray and grate cleaned - PREVENT MORE MESS AND DO THIS LAST xoxo

Wipedown

  • All beer grates and drink grates taken off and wiped with hot and soapy then dry wiped thoroughly

  • Drip tray/Drains cleared of excess liquid - PLEASE DONT SKIP THIS >:((((

  • Drip tray/Drains wiped with hot soapy then wiped dry

  • Drains covered

  • Inside bar top wiped

  • Beer Garden bar top wiped

  • Speedracks cleared of mess/spillages - Soak up excess liquid before wiping...

  • Speedracks wiped with hot and soapy water then dry wiped

  • Back bar wiped and clear

Last bits

Bins

  • Bins taken out and emptied

  • Bins hosed out removing any rubbish that may be stuck - Please do this every night!

  • Leave to drip dry

  • ALL bins brought to glassy sation and flipped

Glasswashers

  • Washers taken apart

  • Insides wiped

  • All parts wiped/cleaned properly

  • All parts into a rack and put back into washer

  • Fill up detergent and rinse aid compartments
