Garbage and recycling bins are cleaned inside and outside. New bags is in the bins and organized as per standard.

Beer zone is cleaned.

Cocktail zone is cleaned perfectly from all the sides to avoid insects.

Speed pourers are soaked in hot water. Original lids on a bottles. Liquor bottles are in the fridge.

All syrup bottles are cleaned with hot water and stored in a fridge.

All fridges are organized and cleaned from the inside and outside.

All liquor shelfs and bottles there are without dust.

POS zone is cleaned and organized.

All bar mats are washed in dishwasher and setup at the bar.

Bar floor is mopped including hard reaching areas under the bar stations.

The waste of the shift is recorded.

All the drainage is closed or covered.

All surfaces are polished.
