  • Does the water look cloudy and then goes clear? There could be air in the water supply.

  • What water supply has the kitchen lost?

  • What time were Thames Water first contacted?

  • What is the estimated time of restoring the water supply?

    • Silver to contact Gold to inform them that the water is going to be off and for how many hours.
