• Bronze to call Southern Alarm Monitoring Services to check if there are any faults in the system. Their numbers are 0239 226 5113 and 0844 871 2228. Customer reference number is 504366461.
• If the issue cannot be solved remotely call Trinity Fire Services on 0845 601 3339 or 0845 604 2326.
• Bronze to begin completing Check Sheet 1 and updating Silver.
• Silver to contact Gold to inform them of the situation and inform the insurance company.

• Bronze to discuss with Silver about the continuation of the building closure and whether the contractor is available during building opening times.
• If the issue has to be solved during the night, or has to wait until the next day, staffing will need to be discussed. A security guard may be hired for the night or a member of the Beck Staff team will do an overnight shift as long as they have sufficient rest time. The schedule may have to be rearranged.
• If the contractor can work overnight a Beck Staff team member must be present in the building to support the contractor. -
