EPDM to floor slab

  • 1.Visual inspection by SCF operative/Manager to determine if concrete /masonry is in satisfactory condition (photo)

  • 2. Prior to EPDM works commencing ensure temperature is a minimum of 5 degrees centigrade and RH not less than 40% (photo)

  • 3. Using 400mm wide ARBO EPDM and associated products, clean and prime masonry surface with ARBO AF S. Leave to dry for at least one hour no more than 8 hours (photo)

  • 4. Apply ARBO adhesive approximately 8mm beads and spread liberally generally exceeding edges of new EPDM by circa 10mm (photo)

  • 5. Lay and press (using rollers) EPDM membrane strip onto the prepared zone and ensure good adhesive contact. Spread excess adhesive at edges (photo)

Only apply to clear floor slab zones for this phase of work, DO NOT apply above or below window pods.
