Pre-Work

  • Is the work area kept as clear and tidy as reasonably practicable, including slip/trip hazards?

  • Are there any hazardous substances being used and stored appropriately and in line with the RAMS/COSHH Assessments?

Post-Work - CBRE Contractors

  • Has the work area been left safe, clean and tidy by the CBRE Contractor? (all waste items managed correctly)

  • All tasks completed in accordance within the scope of service agreed and legal standards?

  • Have all waste Duty of Care documents (e.g. Waste Transfer/Consignment Notes) been completed?

  • Have all test and/or completion certificates been adequately completed and received?

  • Is there any remedial works that needs to be carried out following completion of this task?
