1. Choose the fleet# to inspect from the Drop-down list then, answer "Compliant" or "Non-Compliant" on the items that will be provided.
2. Add photos and notes by clicking on the paperclip icon.
3. To report a Fault, click on the paperclip icon then "Add Action", provide the Fleet# and Nature of Fault in the description, assign to a Supervisor, set priority and due date.
4. Complete audit by providing digital signature.
5. Share your report by exporting as PDF, Word, Excel or Web Link.
NOTE:
- DEFECTIVE MACHINES MUST BE TAGGED OUT UNTIL REPAIRED
- Only top up the battery water level when the battery is fully charged. ALWAYS USE THE MASK, APRON and GLOVES provided.
- BATTERIES MUST NOT BE OPPORTUNITY CHARGED. IF A HOIST HAS A FLAT BATTERY, CHANGE THE BATTERY AND PUT THE FLAT BATTERY ON CHARGE ( 8 HOURS MINIMUM CHARGE TIME )
- REPORT ALL FAULTS TO YOUR SUPERVISOR IMMEDIATELY. -
