    1. Record the magnehelic gauge pressure drop reading in the "Before Calibration" columns in the table.
    2. Attach positive and negative legs of dust collector pressure tubing to the two legs of the slack tube manometer
    3. Record the slack tube manometer pressure drop readings in the "Before Calibration" columns in the table.
    4. If the difference between the averages of the two readings is less than or equal to 0.2 inches of water column (in. WC) the magnehelic is acceptable and passes the calibration check.
    5. If the difference between the averages of the two readings is greater than 0.2 in. WC the magnehelic must be recalibrated.
    6. To recalibrate the magnehelic gauge:
    A. Replace the positive and negative legs of the dust collector pressure tubing to the magnehelic.
    B. Locate the adjustment screw.
    C. Adjust the gauge within 0.1 in. WC of the slack tube manometer reading from step 3 above
    7. Repeat calibration checks annually
