玻璃质量检查报告Glass Quality Inspection Report

1.确定是否有包装错误或安全隐患以及影响外观的缺陷等？Determine if there are any packaging errors, safety hazards, or defects that affect the appearance, etc.?

2.确定形状正确，尺寸在允许标准内，已利于安装 Ensure that the shape is correct, the dimensions are within the allowable standards, and it is ready for installation.

3.确定边部质量，叠差，磨边倒棱，爆边，崩角等 Ensure that the shape is correct, the dimensions are within the allowable standards, and are conducive to installation.

4.检查丁基胶，结构胶，金属框是否符合要求？Inspect whether butyl rubber, structural adhesive, and metal frame meet the requirements?

5.确定玻璃颜色是否与封样一致？Ensure that the color of the glass is consistent with the sealed sample?

6.检查滚波纹是否符合标准？Check if the roll corrugation complies with the standards?

7.检查弯曲度是否符合标准？Check if the degree of curvature complies with the standards?

8.抽检玻璃的表面应力值是否符合标准？Is the surface stress value of the spot-checked glass in compliance with the standards?

9.应力斑是否集中，观感是否接受？Are stress patterns concentrated, and are they visually acceptable?

10.成像透过及反射是否接受？Is the image transmission and reflection acceptable?

11.是否除膜不尽？透光缝是否符合AS标准？Is the film removal incomplete? Does the light transmission gap comply with AS standards

12.弯弧玻璃拱高尺寸/弧度尺寸/弦长尺寸/是否在误差值内？Are the arc height dimensions/radius dimensions/chord length dimensions of the curved glass within the allowable error range?

13.中空膜面是否存在红斑集中明显？Is there a noticeable concentration of red spots on the insulating film surface?

14.钢化玻璃是否有均质记录？夹胶玻璃是否已做水煮实验？Is there a homogenization record for tempered glass? Has laminated glass been subjected to the boiling water test?
