报验板块的检查项，应包括以下内容，有些内容还应拍照留有影像！

1.Whether the suspended windows are installed correctly according to the drawing numbers 是否按照图纸编号正确安装悬窗（Two overall photos, one from the front and one from the back, are required to be taken while the window is in the suspended state after being opene开启后悬停状态下正反面需拍2张整体照片）

2.Inspect whether the step of indoor profile splices exceeds the standard 检查室内型材及拼缝位置是否残胶清理干净？

3.Are the gaskets around the windows complete and properly pressed? Are the weep holes missing? 窗户四周的胶条是否完整、是否压紧？泄水孔是否开缺？

4..Are there any obvious scratches, film oxidation, or other defects on the glass? 玻璃有无明显划伤、膜面氧化等缺陷？

5.Is the opening distance in accordance with the project requirements? (Photographs are required if the opening distance reaches 110mm.) 开启距离是否按工程要求达到要求？（开启距离达到110mm，需拍照）

6.Is the torque force of the friction stay/slide stay qualified and record the value with a photo? (One for the left and one for the right) <br>风撑/滑撑扭矩力是否合格并拍照记录数值？（左右各一张）

7.Does the lock engage and close normally? Is the engagement force between the lock point and the lock seat moderate? 落锁是否正常锁闭？锁点/锁座咬合力度是否适中？

8.Is the anti-collision block installed correctly? Is the anti-detachment profile installed correctly? 防撞块安装是否正确？防脱型材是否安装正确？

9.Does it open smoothly after 20 times? Attention should be paid to the handle force and absence of abnormal noise! 开启20次是否顺畅？应注意执手力度及无异响！

10.Is the protective film applied to the visible light position of the handle and other profiles complete and smooth? 执手等型材见光位保护膜粘贴是否完整、平整？

11.With the window closed, check outdoors whether the step between the window and the upper and lower sub-panel surfaces exceeds the standard 窗户关闭状态下，室外检查窗户与上下分格面台阶是否超标！
