Did the Team show their ID Cards?

Did the operative conduct a pre-installation walkthrough prior to commencing work?

Did the operative explain about the noise levels before work started?

Was there suitable floor covering used to offer protection?

Were all walkways and access points kept clear of obstruction throughout the property?

Were all work areas kept tidy during and on completion of the install?

Were the team polite and professional throughout the Install?

Is the condensate terminated correctly (drain, soakaway or existing waste pipe)?

Is any of the condensate pipework external?

Is it insulated for it's entirety (external route only)?

Is the electrical supply to the boiler clipped where necessary?

Are all penetrations made good?

Is all visible pipework copper?

Is there any relevant pipework in the roofspace?

Are all visible pipework routes in suitable locations (i.e. radiator drops)
